Dirty...
Clean!!
We spent a whole Saturday working on getting ready for this season of the patch. We have been blessed this year with not just pumpkins, but gourds, like pictured above, Silver Moons, Jarrahdales, and Cinderellas! Also, our Indian Corn did AMAZING! We are hoping to sell lots! ;)
The boys worked on putting an old sink that we had on some sawhorses for a temporary "washing stand" They placed it out by our barn, and we can just fill the sinks with water from the spicket and clean those gourds! Here is a photo of Mom and Daniel hard at work.

These are interesting. There are obviously pie pumpkins intermingled, but the weird looking ones are called Turks Turbans. They look very, very different, but they are just that unique that they are so neat! I think God has just as much fun to make them as we do picking them! :)
Our Country Gift and Bake Shop is a work in progress. It always is a highlight for us girls to get it decorated each season!
Maybe soon I will show a photo of our shop!
Another reminder: We are opening this coming Saturday, September 28th!
Come and visit us if you are able!
